I was raised in rural Pratt County, Kansas and currently reside in Hutchinson, Kansas with my wife Allison.  I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.  I have over twenty five years of experience working for and with family owned businesses. 

I understand organizational development and structure, teamwork, and the importance of the connection between family relationship, operational excellence, and financial performance.  I have assisted owners of agricultural, distribution, retail, and service organizations to enhance their profitability, structure management responsibilities, and plan for and implement succession to subsequent generations.  I also have experience working with not-for-profit organizations.

My responsibilities as a Colleague with Lance Woodbury, LLC includes performing the financial and accounting activities and assisting with the delivery of consulting services.
